Our Story

Rooted in Excellence

The National Energy Training Academy was established in 2025 as Libya’s answer to a critical need: a training institution that could deliver world-class professional development at international standards while remaining deeply rooted in Libyan expertise and operational realities.

For decades, Libyan engineers and technicians have worked alongside international counterparts. But often, they lacked formal credentials recognized globally. Young Libyans excelled in the field but struggled to advance without international certifications. The disconnect between what our industry needed and what our education system provided was clear.

The National Energy Training Academy closes that gap.
