10 questions about communication and response

Answers based on 13 years of experience in teaching English in Libya.

What is the fastest way to contact AlNamma and get a genuine response?

WhatsApp — unrivaled. In Libya, WhatsApp is the channel where things actually get done. Email is much slower. Online forms take time to review. WhatsApp reaches us directly, and we respond personally.

Yes, this is a genuine commitment we uphold—not just a slogan. If 24 hours pass without a response on a normal working day, send a follow-up message and we will prioritize it immediately. We recommend sending messages during working hours (9 a.m.–6 p.m.) for the fastest response.

Yes. We welcome site visits. Seeing the place and the teaching staff makes the decision easier—and that’s the goal. To arrange a visit, please contact us via WhatsApp first.

Not at all. Contacting us is the start of a conversation—not a contract. You can send your questions, request course information, or arrange a free placement test with no prior obligation. There’s no pressure or urgent follow-up from our team.

Both. Our team is bilingual—Arabic is our primary language for communicating with Libyan students. Send your message in Arabic, however you prefer, and we will reply in the same language. English is also available if you prefer to practice using it.

With pleasure. Many of our inquiries come from parents who make decisions on behalf of or with their children. Please send us your son’s/daughter’s age, current level, and goals, and we will suggest the most suitable course.

Yes. If you would like to send the information to someone else—a parent, partner, or someone who financially supports your decision—we can contact them directly if you give us permission. The information we send is clear, complete, and requires no further explanation.

You can send a WhatsApp message at any time—we will receive it. We process messages during our official working hours (Saturday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.) . Messages sent outside of these hours will be answered within 24 hours of the next business day.

Yes. When you contact us, an academic advisor will respond , assessing your level, recommending the right course, and answering technical questions about exams and accreditation. It’s not just a “form-filler.”

If 24 hours pass on a workday without a response: Please resend the same message, starting with “Follow-up.” We give follow-ups immediate priority. This is very rare—but if it does, we apologize and correct it immediately.
